Prepares clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from sketches, notes, or oral instructions for a variety of purposes, such as the construction of roads, bridges, buildings, and the installation of utilities.
Makes freehand sketches of proposed project or equipment. Makes finished detailed drawings to scale. Must be competent in the use of drafting instruments. Must know conventional military symbols. Should know orthographic and isometric projections. Note—See also SSN's 071, 076, 076, and 580.
