Keeps buildings, machinery, or equipment in good repair and working order by performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks not requiring the services of a specialist.
Performs rough carpentry, simple plumbing, and simple electrical or mechanical work. Should have an elementary knowledge of and skill in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electricity. Note—See also SSN's 705 and 822.
