The RAC crewman performs duties as either coxswain for the RAC or employs the onboard weapons systems (M240G, M2, MK-19).
Prerequisites.
(1) GT score of 90 or higher.
(2) Must be a minimum Combat Water Survival, Second Class (CSW-2).
Requirements.
(1) Complete the RAC Crewman Course at 2d SOTG, II MEF.
(2) MOS assigned as a NMOS to 03 Marines serving in the Small Craft Company, 2d Marine Division or any other Marine unit employing the Riverine Assault Craft after graduating from the Riverine Assault Craft Crewman Course, or after undergoing a unit MOJT and six months observed time.
