Furnishes legal advice, conducts researches in military and civil law, prepares charges, records proceedings, writes opinions, and otherwise assists a Legal Officer (SSN 8101).
Must have general familiarity with legal procedures and with military and civil law. Should have background as lawyer or law clerk. Note—For other clerks in legal offices use SSN's 055, 213, or 405, whichever is most appropriate.
