Performs one or more duties incident to the operation of instruments or equipment used in the collection or compilation of firing data for a heavy antiaircraft gun battery.

601 - HEAVY ANTIAIRCRAFT GUN CREWMAN

Performs one or more duties incident to the loading, aiming, firing, and minor maintenance of a heavy antiaircraft gun such as the 90mm, or aboard ship, such guns as the 5"/38 cal. or 5"/25 cal.

603 - FIELD ARTILLERY CREWMAN

Performs one or more duties incident to the loading, aiming, firing, and minor maintenance of an artillery piece, such as the 75mm, 105mm, or 155 mm howitzer used as field artillery.

606 - ANTIAIRCRAFT MACHINE GUN CREWMAN

As a member of a machine gun crew, loads, aims, fires, and maintains an antiaircraft machine gun such as the .50 cal. or the 20mm.

645 - FIELD ARTILLERY FIRE CONTROL MAN
[FA FC MAN]

Performs one or more duties incident to the collection or compilation of field artillery firing data.

692 - HEIGHT FINDER OBSERVER  
[HT FINDER OBS]

Supervises a height finder team in setting up, adjusting, and operating a large stereoscopic range finder to determine distances to enemy aircraft or seacraft.
