Performs routine inspections of new, used, and salvaged aircraft parts and accessories such as valves, gaskets, and bearings.
Upon receipt, and preparatory to use or shipment, examines the condition of the articles and reports breakage, damage, or other substandard conditions. Should be familiar with the nomenclature and general appearance of parts or accessories being inspected.
