Tests, maintains, and repairs electric or hydraulic airplane power turrets, gunsights, and auxiliary equipment; keeps turret hydraulic system filled with oil; replaces defective fuses; aligns or replaces gunsights.
Must be thoroughly familiar with the principles of the various types of electric or hydraulic power turrets and the minimum standards of satisfactory operation. Note—After the SSN enter one of the code letters listed below, and in the parenthesis after the title enter the type of turret which the Marine is qualified to repair.
