035 - CARPENTER, BRIDGE
Builds or repairs permanent or temporary bridges, trestles, cofferdams, supports for bridge forms, and other heavy wooden structures.
May assist in the construction or repair of pontoon bridges. Must be thoroughly familiar with the most rapid and efficient methods of building bridges or repairing damaged bridges. Must be able to read blueprints. NOTE—See also SSN 050.
