017 - BAKER
Bakes bread, rolls, cakes, pies, and other pastries in a fixed or mobile bakery.
Mixes ingredients, shapes and forms bakery products by hand or machine, and regulates oven temperature. Must be able to operate ovens, dough-mixing machinery, and other bakery equipment. Must know sanitary precautions to be observed in bakery operations. Must be able to identify spoiled ingredients.
