301 - INVESTIGATOR
Conducts investigations of crimes, accidents, sabotage, sedition, espionage, and subversive activities in which military and civilian personnel or property are involved.
Must be tactful and diplomatic. Must know techniques of interrogation and identification and rules of evidence. Must be capable of procuring evidence and information and preparing reports of investigations and statements. Must know sources of information and most expeditious methods of procuring various types of data. Note—See also SSN 677.
