I am the second from the right in the first row, Walter Donaldson, my first true leadership role was serving as the Recruit Coordinator "RC" for the entire program. The USCG was a great experience, I served on multiple ships and shore stations, attended multiple schools and graduated from the Maritime Law Enforcement Academy.
