Electronics Warfare Technicians (EW) operate and perform organizational and intermediate level maintenance on Electronic Warfare Systems; maintain situational awareness by extracting, interpreting, and applying data from Tactical Data Processors (TDP’s), intelligence sources, reports, and other documentation; evaluate, interpret, process, apply and disseminate National/Theater/Organic intercepted signal data, tactics and doctrine to support C2W operational requirements to all echelons; advise Tactical and Operation Commanders in Information Warfare (IW) actions and mission areas; train and supervise personnel; and perform administrative tasks.
